You can help us reduce the number of homeless pets by volunteering your time and expertise!

Whether you have lots of free time, or very little, your contributions can make a real difference.

FAWG needs volunteers to:

- assist at pet adoptions
         set up kennels
         care for the animals
         talk with prospective adopters
         provide literature to the public on FAWG, adoption, spay/neuter 
            and other areas of animal welfare

- help at our booth at community events such as the Home and Garden
   Show, the Farmers' Market, and more
         provide literature to the public on FAWG, adoption, spay/neuter
         and other areas of animal welfare

- assist in all areas of special fundraising events

- donate professional skills including:
        design advertising campaigns for the local papers
        assist with direct mail fundraising
        write articles for our newsletter and website
        photograph pets for posting on Petfinder and Adopt-A-Pet

- foster animals until they find their forever home!

        temporary home for needy pets.

- help us trap-neuter-return community cats
        We'll take you out with us to trap and teach you how before sending you out to a job
         Or -- help us by driving the cats to the clinic and back
